2. Invitation of Invitee Credentials / Surat Undangan atau SK Pengundang
3. Valid ID / KTP
4. Officer ID / Karpeg
5. Birth Certificate / Akta Lahir
6. Family Card / Kartu Keluarga
7. Latest Diploma / Ijazah Terakhir
8. Latest Credentials / SK Terakhir
9. Old Passport / Paspor lama
10. Latest Photo 4×6 white background / Pas foto terakhir ukuran 4×6 latar belakang putih
For Male : Suite with tie, no glasses, not showing teeth and natural
For Female : Blazer, no glasses, not showing teeth and natural
All documents shall be handed in pdf format.
