On the 12th-13th of May 2022, Legal and Foreign Relations Bureau of the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) of the Republic of Indonesia attended the International Conference on Enhanced Co-Operation and Disclosure of Electronic Evidence in Palais de l’Europe – Council of Europe, at Strasbourg, France.
The conference aimed to enhance international cooperation, particularly in the transnational disclosure of electronic evidence.
In between the Conference, Legal and Foreign Relations Bureau of the AGO RI also attended Bilateral Meetings with:
- Alexander Seger, Head of Cybercrime Division of the Council of Europe and Executive Secretary of the Cybercrime Convention Committee at Strasbourg.
The meeting discussed potential cooperation between the AGO RI and the Council of Europe in capacity building for the Cyber Assistance and Electronic Evidence Task Force of the AGO RI. - Rocio Gala, the Head of the International Judicial Cooperation and Extraditions Unit, Public Ministry of Peru.
The meeting discussed the continuation of an MoU drafting between the AGO RI and the AGO Peru.
