Birth Certificate \/ Akta Lahir<br>6. Family Card \/ Kartu Keluarga<br>7. Latest Diploma \/ Ijazah Terakhir<br>8. Latest Credentials \/ SK Terakhir<br>9. Old Passport \/ Paspor lama<br>10.
