Restorative justice is a law enforcement concept where a measure of justice is no longer retributive but oriented around the recovery of the victims and perpetrators. Its implementation considers the balance between applicable rules and the principle of expediency.<br>Collie F. Brown, <em>UNODC Indonesia&nbsp;Country Manager<\/em>&nbsp;and Prof. Dr. Burhanuddin, the Attorney General RI (Keynote Speaker), officially opened the event.
